With the BLRO it’s very complex; Rolex makes the bezel red and applying blue atop it can make the blue appear purple. I chose the BLNR for several reasons: I preferred the more subdued colored bezel, which to me oozed a quite strength versus louder presence; to me the BLRO looks best on the jubilee bracelet, and to me for a toolish watch, oyster is better; I think the BLNR can be more easily worn with different clothes; less hype for the BLNR.
