The bezel on my 1680 is very hard to turn. So much so, that it won't go any further than 2 hours in either direction. It gets stuck and takes quite a bit of force to turn it back. My local AD said it would be two months and at least 00 to fix it. Holy crap is right! I got my 14060M about 6 weeks ago, and so far it's been an almost perfect watch -- I say almost because (i) the bezel was pretty hard to turn -- difficult to me to imagine turning it with gloves on while diving and (ii) the bezel didn't quite line up at the 12:00 mark, which flared up my OCD tendencies.My beloved 1998 Submariner has an extremely tight bezel. It's been a gradual thing, one I didn't even notice because I rarely use the bezel for timing or counting down to an event. But it's gotten to the point now that I literally have to take the watch off my wrist to turn it.
