I also have a 6.5 inch wrist and the Seamaster 300 Co Axial fits very comfortable. I have also owned the Planet Ocean watches and would echo what others have said about those being much more thick. Putting aside the (minor) issue of the thickness (case and bracelet), the Omega Seamaster 300 Master Co-Axial is really pleasant on the wrist. As we told you, the choice of titanium is really something we would encourage here, as the comfort is really improved.
